We took an excursion to the beautiful Lake Atitlán on the fourth day of our trip. The lake is the deepest lake in Central America and it's surrounded by three volcanoes.
We went on an adventurous hike up Pacaya volcano on our third day in Guatemala. It was a pretty tough hike, but the view from the top was definitely worth it. We roasted marshmallows at the top in lava.
On our second day, we visited the coffee plantation Finca Filadelfia. It was wonderful to learn about the coffee process from the beginning to the end.
